Terms of Use
Astrarium — astrarium.ge and the Astrarium Android app Last updated: 20 September 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
Using Astrarium means you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use it.
2. What Astrarium is, and what it is not
Astrarium computes astrological charts from a real astronomical ephemeris and uses AI language models to interpret them.
It is for reflection and entertainment. It is not a prediction of the future, and it is not professional advice. Specifically:
- The Oracle is not a therapist, doctor, lawyer or financial adviser. It does not diagnose, prescribe or represent you.
- Readings will not tell you when you or anyone else will die, whether you are ill, how a pregnancy will go, or how a court case or medical test will turn out. Those refusals are deliberate and are not a fault.
- Nothing here should be the sole basis for a medical, legal, financial or other significant decision.
If you are in crisis, please contact a doctor, an emergency service, or someone you trust. An astrology app is not the right help.
3. Your account
- You must be 16 or older.
- One account per person. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Give accurate birth details. Wrong details produce a chart that is correct arithmetic on wrong input, which is worse than no chart.
- Only enter someone else's birth details for a compatibility reading if you are entitled to.
4. Free use, and paid use
- Some of Astrarium is free: the daily horoscopes, the sky, the sign pages.
- The Oracle gives every signed-in account a small number of free messages before a subscription is required. The exact allowance is shown in the app.
- Some content is sold individually, such as PDF books.
- Fair use. Paid features carry daily limits, shown in the app, to stop a single account costing more in AI inference than it pays. Normal use will never reach them.
- We may change prices and allowances. Changes take effect for new purchases and from the next renewal, never retroactively.
5. Payment, renewal and refunds
- Card payments are processed by TBC Bank. We never receive your card number.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time; you keep access to the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Purchases made on the website unlock in the Android app automatically. The Android app does not sell anything itself.
- Refunds. A subscription is refundable within 14 days if you have not used a paid reading in that period. A one-off purchase - a PDF, a report - is delivered immediately and is not refundable once downloaded or generated, because there is nothing to return. If something did not work, tell us and we will fix it or refund it.
6. What you may not do
- Resell, republish or redistribute readings, reports or purchased files.
- Scrape the site, or call the API by any means other than our own apps.
- Try to get around free allowances, rate limits or the paywall, including by making multiple accounts.
- Try to make the Oracle produce content it is instructed to refuse.
- Upload anything unlawful, or anyone else's personal data that you have no right to.
7. Who owns what
- Astrarium owns the site, the apps, the design, the prompts and the generated content that is not specific to you.
- Your readings are yours to keep and to use personally. Astrarium keeps the right to store and process them in order to run the service, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
- What you write - journal entries, questions - remains yours. We do not claim it and we do not use it to train AI models.
8. Availability
We aim to keep Astrarium running and will not always succeed. Features may change or be withdrawn. AI providers occasionally fail; when they do, a reading may be delayed or unavailable, and the app will say so rather than invent something.
9. Liability
Nothing here limits liability we cannot lawfully limit. Otherwise, and because Astrarium is provided for reflection and entertainment: we are not liable for decisions you make on the basis of a reading, and our total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from your settings, or by emailing us. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia, and disputes go to the courts of Tbilisi. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under mandatory law.
