Chinese zodiac: which animal are you?

The Chinese zodiac has twelve animals, each ruling a whole year. On top of that come five elements: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water. Enter your birth date to find your animal and element.

The Chinese year does not begin on 1 January: it changes at Chinese New Year, which falls between 21 January and 20 February. So if you were born in January or early February, you may belong to the previous year's animal.
