2. Data we collect

• Account data: email, name, phone number (if provided);
• Birth data: date, time and place of birth, used to calculate the user's charts.
• Use of the service: conversations with the Oracle, tarot readings and compatibility requests, including the birth data of other people that the user enters;
• Purchases: which Astrarium package you bought and when. We do not process card data;
• Statistics and site activity: we use Google Analytics and the Meta pixel for overall statistics. We also keep our own record of which pages are opened and which buttons are pressed, tied to a random browser ID and, once you sign in, to your account. It contains no IP address and none of the text you enter, except a one-way fingerprint (hash) of the email you sign up with, used only to connect the visit to the new account. It is deleted after 180 days. Microsoft Clarity shows us screen recordings of visits so we can fix what confuses people; form fields are hidden from it.

3. Why we keep data

• Providing the service: calculating charts and writing tarot and other readings;
• Processing payments and giving access to the purchased package;
• Keeping the service secure and working, and improving it.
• Sending emails about your account, and marketing messages only with the user's consent.

Your data is protected at Astrarium and is not sold.

4. Sharing data

Data is shared only with the service providers that keep Astrarium running;

They process it only on Astrarium's instructions and for a predefined purpose.

5. How long we keep information

Information is kept until the account is closed.

When you delete your account, your data is removed from the database within 30 days, except payment records, which must be kept for the period set by tax law.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to receive a copy of it, and you can withdraw consent to marketing messages at any time.

You can delete your account yourself from your profile settings, or by contacting us at [email protected].

We respond to requests within 10 working days. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can contact the personal data protection supervisory authority.

7. Security

Users' data is protected with encryption and access control. Passwords are never stored in readable form.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated.

The date shown on the site is the current version.

Users will be informed about significant changes.
